The property was improved with a dilapidated 5,000 square feet restaurant dating back to the 1950's. NetCo® proposed to demolish this outdated building and develop a vibrant shopping center in its place with approximately 9,080 square feet on 1.11 acres.

NetCo Investments, Inc.® worked extensively with the City of Fillmore to bring a new and exciting development to one of the most prominent intersections along Highway 126 in the City of Fillmore. The project was comprised of a Jack in the Box along with a multi-tenant 6,960 square feet building at the northeast corner of Highway 126 and B Street. Entitlements were under way and construction was scheduled to begin. However, NetCo Investments, Inc.® chose to sell its development rights and focus on its niche of redeveloping existing shopping centers and vacant retail buildings.
